Precast pre-stressed beams are made of specific concrete with additive, high performance steel strands (1,860 MPA, low retraction) and 500 MPA stirrups.

Their usual length is 6.50 meters and less. They reduce the use of  both concrete and steel by 40%, compared to traditional technique, and they do not require any formwork.

For bridges, the beams can reach 15 meters.
